I build websites and made-to-measure software for small businesses.

Most small businesses do not need big software. They need the right tool, built around how they already work. That is what I make: websites, and the tools behind them.

How I work

An icosahedron assembled from fragments
  1. Start small

A first version that does one thing well. Use it for real before adding anything.

  2. Make it hold together

Tests where they matter, plain choices everywhere else.

  3. Ship, then listen

Real use beats a roadmap. The best features come from the people using it.

  4. Leave it easy to change

Readable code, an honest README, and a way in for the next person.

A few milestones

  1. 2026. Operations platform

A made-to-measure tool for a group of three companies.

  2. 2026. Italy with Isa

A travel guide and trip planner, built with Isa.

  3. 2026. Company websites

Three sites for an installer group, and a warehouse system rebuilt.

  4. 2023. First tools

Small Python programs for money questions: rent or buy, paying off debt.

Let's build something

Have a process a tool could fix, or a site that needs building? Tell me about it.
